Covers from boot up till “Operating software Selection Screen” appeared, including self-calibration of Model-210 mainframe.

210 would execute “Self-calibration” every time after boot up; it would stop function once a comparatively bigger deviation has been found, to avoid the occurrence of erroneous tested data. Under normal operation, 210 would not perform this complicated calibration (unless reset the power), nevertheless, user can at any time uses Model-CHK01 (Simple test cable) to check whether 210 is normal or not.

This film set Type 2100HM testing as an example, it covers the self-calibration of the artificial mouth, after boot up, if the user does not  select the operating software related to microphone testing, then, no execution of  artificial mouth “self-calibration”; self-calibration of the artificial mouth would be done one time  after selected the test software for microphone testing, after that, even though the user has changed another operating software ( Example: Change 2100HM to 2100T ) , complicated self-calibration would longer execute, but , simple self testing would be done regularly.

This film covers the entire sweep test process; test speed is so rapidly that one can clearly seen from the screen, upper portion of the screen are various tested data, lower portion is the figure of frequency response curve, right part is a big red “F” (Means “FAIL”, also as “NO Go”), Operator in production line may simply just follow this judging result, and no need to understand the tested data on the upper part of the screen, easy to teach and to learn.
