| Type 1600N |
Main Functions |
![]() |
1. Consists of LAN function, enables the uploading of the tested data to Central Monitoring Unit through the local network of the company, supervisor of the production line may then easily manipulate the production output and status as well, and may also store or make necessary analysis for all the tested data. 2. Operate in coordination with the automation. Model-160N mainframe can transform the tested data (PASS/FAIL mode) to digital signal; user may then link easily Model-160N with the self installed automation, to attain the aim of automation in production line. 3. All the tested data and curves can be saved onto the CF card, and with the Data Viewer provided by Sunlight Electronics Laboratory, user can read out or make color print out of the tested data through an ordinary personal computer equips with an card reader. 4. Type 1600C has 9 types of combinations, and according to its different types of combinations, can test the Receiver unit, Transmitter, Microphone, Loudspeaker, Earphone (or Headphone), Hand free kit, Handset, Headphone or Headset, dual channel input , Bluetooth Headset …etc. 5. Operating software of Type 1600N is presented in “All in one” form, all the operating software for aforementioned 9 types of combinations are saved onto one CF card, user can easily and speedily switch one operating software to another. 6.Every operating software saved on the CF card can save a maximum of 80 kinds of test conditions set by the user (depends on the capacity of the CF card), user may modify easily and speedily the test conditions, totally dismiss the conventional method used by Type 1600, wherein every kind of test condition must use one floppy diskette.
7. Testable
items are: Frequency response, Sensitivity, DCR, AC impedance,
Impedance curve, Harmonic distortion,
Buzz &
rattle, Polarity, Balance and the Frequency response,
Sensitivity, Distortion, Current…. etc. of the microphone. Type 1600C
has a dual channel input (left and right earphones), enables the
automatic switching of the left earphone, right earphone and
microphone for testing at a different period of time, test speed is
faster than Type 1600, can auto judge the PASS/FAIL.
Different items of combinations will have different test items.
8. All
the aforementioned testing items can be tested individually (for R&D
or QA use), or all the testing items (or selected items) can be tested
in automatic sequential form (Suitable in production line /QC use). |

Note
1:
Both the Model-142ES and Model-142EA-S are complying with the IEC-318
specification set for artificial ear, the difference between the two is:
Model-142ES has a frequency bandwidth from 20Hz to 18KHz, while Model-142EA-S is
suitable for testing at 100Hz to 10KHz frequency bandwidth.
Note
2:
Model-142F test Fixture is suitable for use with Model-142EA-S only; it can’t be
used with other Model no. of artificial ear. When user chooses to buy
Model-142FS, he must buy 2 sets of Model-142ES at the same time, and can’t buy
only one set of Model-142ES.
