Note  : GM-2 is used for testing the hearing protection and receiving residual noise ,  Some countries like Germany, England, Australia  and New Zealand  etc. required this kind of testing, If  not require the testing for the hearing protection and receiving residual noise , then, GM-2 is not needed.

□ Feeding Bridge Voltage：

Symmetric  Balanced Type. Voltage can be set from 5∼73V ±( 0.4﹪rdg ＋ 0.15﹪FS )

resolution: 0.1V, program-mable Software Setting.

Type 1700 can  test  the  PBX 、 PABX、Modem、 Receiver、 Transmitter、 ECM 、Transformer  for Communication：

(a) With an optional  Model-172A , when combined with Type 1700, can test various characteristics of PBX、PABX、Modem, including the Insertion  Loss、 Cross Talk (－40 ∼ －110dB)、Distortion、Return Loss、Impedance、Frequency Response、 I-V Curves、 I-R Curves, High Test Speed.

(b) With an optional  Model-167 , when combined with Type 1700, can  test the Receiver、Transmitter、Frequency Response of ECM、Impedance、Distortortion、Sensitivity、H.A.C. Magnetic Field of Receiver, High Test speed.

(c) With an optional  Model-174 , when combined with Type 1700, can test the Frequency Response、Distortion、 Insertion Loss、Return Loss of theTransformer for Communication, also, user can test the above-mentioned various characteristics under the condition of DC current setting from  0 to 120 mA, High Test Speed.

(d) With an optional  Model-154F , Complies with U.S.A EIA RS 504 standard. When combined with Type 1700, can test the axial、radial magnetic field intensities and their freq. response curves of the telephone or the receiver unit.
