Main Functions

Can test the electrical characteristics of the digital  I-Phone 、V-Phone 、SPK Phone : 

· Frequency Response、Loudness Rating、Harmonic Distortion of the Receiving , Sending and Sidetone .

· Type 1760 include a Test Box ( Model-176 )，Can isolate effectively the interference of the ambient noise.

·   With additional purchase of Model-142EA-S、Model-140M and Model-147B (Please refer to Type 1700 )，user can test the receiving and sending characteristics of the Handset of the  I-Phone (or V-Phone) .

·  Auto testing, auto judging the Pass or Fail, can print out the testing report, suitable in production line use, QC and R & D.

Note : 

 1. Type 1760 is a kind of test system  derives from Sunlight’s Type 1700 , its main purpose is used  to  test  the electroacoustic characteristic of the I-phone ( or speakerphone ), Type 1760 when combined with  the artificial ear (Model-142EA-S) , artificial mouth ( Model-140M ), test head ( Model-147B ) and 173IP  (no need to combine with  the Model-176 Test Box ) is used to  test  the I-phone, Video Phone or an ordinary phone  with handset,  which means to test the electroacoustic characteristic for both the sending and receiving of the handset of the I-phone ( or speakerphone ), video phone or ordinary phone , on the other hand,  Type 1760 when combined with  the artificial ear, artificial mouth , test box Model-176 ( no need to combine with  173IP) is used to  perform speedy test of the  electroacoustic characteristic  of the speaker phone like the I-Phone, Video phone or  an  ordinary phone in the production line. User must assembly the test system in accordance to the items  of combination he purchased , and please use the correct operating software ( either for testing the speaker phone or handset) for performing the testing.

2.  When used for testing the  SpeakerPhone ：

■  The inner layers of  Model-176 Test Box  were spread with sound absorption material, it can isolate most of the ambient noise when the test box’s cover is being closed, besides, since the volume of Model-176 is not big, so it does not need a big space, thus, it is very suitable for testing the electroacoustic characteristics of the Speakerphone in the production line.

■  As Model-176 Test Box is not a standard testing box, besides, the Measuring Microphone and the Artificial Mouth are not placed at the standard position (The position varies from the size of the telephone), thus, the tested frequency response curve and the loudness rating of both the receiving and sending are treated as a reference value only, and can’t be treated as the standard value, thus, in actual using, firstly, user must use a Golden Sample as a reference standard, and compare it with the same Type (same Model ) of telephone. This comparative method is very suitable for the 100% Q.C. inspection in the production line.

■  To test the standard value of the Speakerphone, additional purchase of the items   4, 5 on the above table is needed, then, Speakerphone, 8120H and 140M must be placed inside the anechoic chamber to undergo testing in accordance to either   ITU or EIA standard, user can therefore obtained the standard testing value. (Model- 8120H and 140M inside Model-176 can’t be taken off, thus, user are required to purchase the two items).

3.  When used for testing the handset of the  I-Phone ( or Speakerphone ) ：

■  To test the electroacoustic characteristics of the Handset portion of the I-Phone ( or speakerphone ) , additional purchase of items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on the above table (Which are Model-173IP, 147B, 140M and Model-142EA-S) is needed.  The tested values are the standard values and not the reference values.
